We're looking forward to seeing you at C3's Clarinet MiniFest this coming weekend!

Location/Parking: MiniFest will be taking place at Edgecliff Hall at Xavier University. 3800 Victory Parkway, Cincinnati OH 45207.

Edgecliff Hall is located near the intersection of Victory Parkway and Dana Avenue. Take University Drive off Victory Parkway to the closest parking lot.  See campus map below. There are multiple campus parking lots located near Edgecliff Hall. Parking should be free/open on Saturday, but if you encounter a parking attendant just ask them for a Guest Pass for the day and you will be able to get in for free.

Check-in: Registration will be open from 7:30-9am on Saturday, April 8th. There will be a check-in table as soon as you walk into Edgecliff Hall. Vendor booths will be open starting at 8am and our first official session of the day begins at 9am. In addition, there will be an optional clarinet choir rehearsal from 8-8:45am. This session is open to any MiniFest attendees who are interested in performing in a large clarinet ensemble. There will be music waiting on your stands at 8am, so no individual prep is necessary. The ensemble will rehearse from 8-8:45am and then perform on the 9am welcome session. If you do not wish to perform in the clarinet ensemble, plan to arrive by 9am for the welcome session.

Lunch: Lunch will be taking place from 12:30-1:30pm on Saturday. If you already ordered lunch from Jason's Deli on your registration form then that will be waiting for you at the event! If you did not order lunch, you can still submit your order to this e-mail address by noon tomorrow(Friday, April 7th). Lunch options and prices are included below. If you did not order a box lunch, you are welcome to bring your own lunch or walk/drive to several off-campus options nearby Edgecliff Hall.

Prizes: The raffle to win a free Buffet R-13 clarinet is open to paid registrants, and will be taking place during the guest artist recital from 5-6pm, but you do not need to be present in order to win the clarinet. You will be given a raffle ticket upon check in at the registration table. If you are not able to stay until the guest artist recital you are still eligible to win and will be notified via phone if you are selected.
